Advanced Shamanic Workshop
Shamanic Extraction is one of the quintessential methods of shamanic healing practice. From the shamanic perspective, illness and pain connected to spiritual factors are understood as intrusions into the body of a person. The workshop includes training to recognise, localise and remove – or extract – such intrusions and we will also explore how shamanic practitioners can work in partnership to increase the effectiveness of their work. The Extraction workshop is designed exclusively for people who want to add it to their healing practice with others. The training is not designed for people looking for personal healing.
Prerequisite: The Way of the Shaman workshop is a prerequisite for this advanced course.
Dates: 18 - 19 October, 2025
Venue: Holly Lodge community centre, 30 Makepeace avenue, London N6 6HL
Nearest station: Archway (through Waterlow park, it is a 20-minute walk)
Schedule: On both days the workshop starts at 9.30am. Saturday may finish around 6pm.
On Sunday we finish around 5pm.
What to bring:A personal garment (belt – hat – scarf – bracelet). Wear comfortable clothing, warm socks, and bring a bandanna, cushion and/or blanket and a pen and notebook to record your journeys. (Electronic recording — audio, video, photographic — and the use of computers are not permitted during the workshop).
Fee: £270
